Cleaning the apartments is carried out in the working days 3 times a week. Cleaning the apartments more often than 3 times a week will cost 600 RUB per ones

Linen and towel change

Change of linen and towels guiding 2 times a week free of charge. There is one set of linen and towels provided per person free of charge. Granting of the additional set of linen or additional set of towels (up to 3) will be charged separately at a rate of 300 RUB per set before following change.

Internet

We provide free-of-charge unlimited high-speed WI-FI access to the Internet. If you will need additional help with the internet setting the system specialist can assist you for additional 900 RUB. Detailed information you will find on a «Help» page.

Satellite TV

There are 42 channels free of charge. We can provide you with extra channels for additional fee (the fee depends on a provider’s scale of charges. Approximately 300 RUB per 20 channels per month).

International and mobile phone calls

Local calls are free of charge. To make cell phone calls to federal numbers (for instance: +7 (926).., +7 (916)… +7(905)…etr.), international and long-distance calls you can use phone cards. Accommodation manager can help you to purchase the phone card.

Visa registration
